Practice is scheduled to be held as normal today. As always, we continue to monitor the weather for this afternoon. We do practice in the rain. We follow thunder and lightening delays and if the radars look persistent we will make a decision to call it. We are shooting to at least meet for to give the swimmers a chance to meet the coaches and their age groups. The swimmers safety is of the upmost importance to us, but Georgia does not make it easy to make weather related decisions.

Georgia weather can change in a matter of seconds. We do our best to make an informed decision but as it is typically different from app to app we will make decisions about practice on a 5-10 minute basis. Please make sure you are signed up for our Remind 101 group as we use that to notify in the event practice is cancelled.
