Communication Box
A file system is set up to communicate with swimmers and parents. The file box will be at the pool during practice hours, and your child’s name will be in alphabetical order in the file box. Please be sure to check the box for memos, meet info, etc. You will receive the events that swimmers will be in at check-in the day of the meet. It is very important to write down what your child is swimming. Changes are very difficult to make after the line up has been made. Remember it effects the whole team when a child “no shows” or leaves before their last event.
It is extremely important to be notified of an absence. We will have a Meet Sign Up on Swimtopia where you can rsvp for each meet. In case of an illness or emergency at the last minute….PLEASE contact a coordinator ASAP.
