Hello Sharks Families,

We have had a busy few weeks!  We had Headshot Scott take some amazing pictures of our team.  Don't forget to order yours!  We also have now completed time trials and dive certifications.  We hired our apprentice coaches, Taylor, Sophia and Jessica, and are working on stroke technique in smaller groups.  We've accomplished a lot in just a few short weeks.

It is now time for our first meet coming up THIS THURSDAY against Wyngate (virtually) at our pool.  If you have not signed up to participate or to volunteer, please do so on our Towne Lake Sharks website.  If you are not sure how to do that, you can get more information here: https://townelakesharks.swimtopia.com/signup-instr... We still have some volunteer positions available and we'll need as much help as we can as we navigate this first meet.  Thank you in advance for your help and patience as we get back into the swing of things with meets.

Due to the meet, there will be NO PRACTICE on Thursday.  We will spend the next two days really focusing on the strokes so we will keep the same practice times but will not have dry land so we can spend more time in the water (now that it's warmer).  

Please arrive around 5:00 on Thursday to get checked in.  Warmups will begin at 5:30.  Please park on the downhill side of the street in Wellesley.  We will also have parking in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.  We will need a few volunteers to help with stopping traffic to cross the street.

Please plan to support our sponsors with concessions and save yourself the trouble of having to pack food.  We look forward to having KONA ICE, CHICK FILA and the BUTCHER AND A BAKER provide food and treats as well as a chips, drinks and the usual concession stand items.  A menu for the Butcher and a Baker should be coming soon so you can pre-order and have it delivered right to the meet.

Lastly, if you have not paid your concessions fee of $15 and/or your non-resident fee of $25 if you live outside of Wellesley or the Arbors, please do so as soon as possible.  You can bring a check or cash to Terri Haswell at practice.
