Hey Shark Family,

We are still in need of a few volunteers for Thursday’s home meet.  We also need you to assign your swimmer(s) to attending or not attending Thursday's meet no later than 12 noon tomorrow.  Joey will be working on the line up shortly after 12 noon.  Please be on alert for any delays or cancellations this week as we are expecting weather.  All weather related items will be announced via Remind 101.  

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website Https://townelakesharks.swimtopia.com  Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password. Under the Meets & Events tab select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign in both parents to save time of registering, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your swimmers' names.
• For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Will not be attending this meet

• Click Save to record your choices.
